The sincerity, friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, from service to cleanliness, from reception to kitchen, are admirable. When I came to my room, I always found my bathroom and room clean. When I returned to my room, which I left in a hurry, even my pajamas were folded. The bathroom, sink and kitchen are really clean. Breakfast was buffet style and was very nice. The hotel offers free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Friends at the reception are there to help you whenever you want, 24 hours a day. Many thanks to Salah, Riad, Bilk, Leah, Kaori, Karen and Ute.Next time I come, I will stay in Bellevue again. see you soon

Decent hotel considering quite a few location sold out in January for the Dusseldorf hbf area. The building is old and the hotel is not spectacular but this should not be the reason for you not to stay here especially if costs are your priority-like me but German hotel prices have shot up recently. The station is 10 minutes walk. Everything in room worked, including the roomsafe which uses the old style 1 euro coin. The shower was small but it did work, the room was clean. German hotels do tend to have very thin beds width and length wise when booking singles, this was true of my room. I did not have breakfast but there was a dining room there and a drinks machine- though I had my snacks from the rail station supermarket as Dusseldorf was a nightstop rather than me visiting the city. I be here again soon.

OK hotel located in a quiet side street, close to the central railway station but too far from the (non-existing) attractions in old town. The number of nearby good restaurants is however low, and they are a bit too far away (10-15 minutes on foot). Rooms are clean, but small, a bit basic and equipped with thin doors. As our room was separated from the neighboring room only by a thin fire escape door, and as they were warming up to a wet night out, we were bothered by noise both from them and generally from the hallways. However; the beds are very comfortable. Staff is nice but reception service is a little on routine. Breakfast is better than average with multiple possibilities and good variety

Stayed in Düsseldorf for a night with the family and this hotel although not central was good place to stay especially as we came by car. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, rooms modern and breakfast better than normal. Would stay again

Stayed for 2 nights with family, room small but clean and tidy with a beautiful bathroom. Hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful from the moment we checked in. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and again staff were very welcoming. Hotel was very central and close to everything that Düsseldorf has to offer. Would definitely recommend and would return in the future.
